This study aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication in the treatment of Coeliac disease, an autoimmune condition that can cause gut issues, chronic fatigue, and other adverse reactions when gluten is ingested.
Eligibility
- 18 - 70 years
- Medically diagnosed with Coeliac disease
- Have been managing Coeliac disease symptoms with a gluten-free diet for at least 12 months

Dry Eye Disease Study
Help investigate a potential new treatment
This study aims to test the safety and efficacy of a new eye drop solution in people with Dry Eye Disease (DED). DED can cause discomfort and vision problems due to damage to collagen in the eye. This potential new treatment is designed to repair the damaged collagen and provide better relief from DED symptoms.
Eligibility
- 18+
- Have had DED for at least 6 months. Have used or wanted to use eye drops for at least 6 months.

Healthy Volunteers - Heart Study
We’re recruiting healthy volunteers for a new medical research study to investigate a potential new treatment that may reduce risk of cerebro-cardiovascular disease.
Healthy volunteers - Join our cerebro-cardiovascular disease prevention study! Must be aged 18-65, in good general health, and willing to do overnight clinic stays.

Chronic Sinusitis Study
Have you been living with chronic sinusitis without nasal polyps for the last 12 weeks?
You may be eligible to participate in a study that is evaluating a possible treatment for chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps (CRSsNP).
Eligibility
- 18 to 75 years of age
- Displaying symptoms of runny and stuffy nose, facial pain, and a decreased sense of smell
- Willing to participate in the trial for 33 weeks

This medical study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CBD TPM (Cannabidiol, Tocopheryl Phosphate Mixture) capsules in adults to reduce the severity of insomnia symptoms.

- Have difficulty getting to sleep, staying asleep and/or waking up earlier in the morning than desired
- OR have been diagnosed with insomnia.
